Community Based Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (CB‐IMCI) Program is an integrated package of child‐survival interventions and addresses major childhood killer diseases like Pneumonia, Diarrhoea, Malaria, Measles and Malnutrition in 2 months to 5 years children in a holistic way. In this file, no of children affected from different immunizable and communicable disease are being tabulated in number as per their district. The data set was published in Annual Report of Department of Health Services.
